About the Toolkit
The IMPALA EDI Toolkit is a free self-assessment tool for music industry businesses. Answer structured questions across eight areas of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion practice — from leadership and recruitment to workplace culture and community engagement — and receive a personalised results report showing where you are doing well and where there is room to grow.
